Ceiban

I am a solo artist. My current artist alias is Ceiban. I say current cause I keep changing it :S

anyway...I guess this is the part where I explain what kinda music I make. well it's quite hard to explain. I've done a lot of different things. I started out in rap, believe it or not, then went into electronica, or some form of computer generated music. then I started playing instruments, mainly guitar, and have since played various stuff. Only thing I can really say is that I am really influenced by for example metal, post-rock, post-metal, industrial rock/metal and many more genres. I kinda listen to anything from death metal to lo-fi to pop to rap, if I like it.

I guess my music is by the most part rock-oriented, but it's anyone's guess if you ask me lol. sometimes there's a taste of post-rock, metal, or electronic.

Do you use a stealthplug to record your guitar? Not to be mean, I feel it is kind of dull, very original, just a bit too repetitive, overall the sound is cool, ad if they will have more in it, I can't wait to hear that, just at the moment, it needs more work. Great start so far!

what is so repetitive? every song?

It seems the style you are using is too, strong. It's just used in every song, Your songs feel like Tool songs, alot of good sounding tricks etc. You need to change up the tempo etc between songs

and I dunno what tricks those are...cause I dunno how to wield any really good guitar tricks...

and I don't even see that much of a similarity...
of course there is some, but there's still a major difference
